Edgewater

The new wave of bayfront glass.

“It looks, from the MacArthur Causeway, like a rumor of a skyline — something still being drafted in real time.”

A once-industrial strip along Biscayne Bay just north of downtown, Edgewater has redeveloped faster than almost any other Miami neighborhood this decade, replacing warehouses and low-rise apartments with a corridor of glass condo towers. The result is a skyline still visibly under construction, with unobstructed bay views for now.
