Edgewater, Miami, United States · Branded Waterfront Tower — Pre-Construction
EDITION Residences Edgewater
“EDITION brought its hotel-world restraint to Edgewater's waterfront — a glass moon rising across the park from Miami's noisier towers.”
Ian Schrager's EDITION brand makes its Miami residential debut at 2121 N Bayshore Drive, a 55-story, 185-unit tower designed by Arquitectonica's Bernardo Fort-Brescia with an all-glass, moon-like facade. Two Roads Development is building the 800-linear-foot waterfront project opposite Margaret Pace Park, with Studio Munge interiors and 2026 delivery.
