The fashion house's first residential venture, Missoni Baia rises 57 stories at 700 NE 26th Terrace with 246 residences designed by Asymptote Architecture's Hani Rashid and interiors by Paris Forino. OKO Group delivered the tower with Cain International as investment partner in 2023, following its 2021 topping-out at 649 feet.
