Edgewater, United States · Cast Bronze Exoskeleton — Waterfront Skyscraper
Villa Miami
Internal preview — photography pending licensing clearance from the developer
“70 units in a 56-story tower is an extreme land-to-unit ratio — Villa is selling scarcity as aggressively as it's selling the Major Food Group name.”
Villa Miami is Terra and One Thousand Group's collaboration with Major Food Group on a 56-story waterfront skyscraper at 710 NE 29th Street — just 70 residences behind ODP Architects' distinctive copper "exoskeleton" facade, with interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co. Residences are organized as half-floor Villa Mezzo and full-floor Villa Piano layouts, topped by the three-story, 15,000-plus-square-foot Villa Triplo penthouse with its own private pool, gym, sauna, and rooftop helipad. Mario Carbone designed the chef's kitchens throughout. Three-bedroom residences start at $5.7 million, with full-floor four- and five-bedroom homes from $8.5 million; construction has passed the 21st floor as of early 2026, with completion targeted for late 2027.
Amenities

Villa Triplo Penthouse
A three-floor, 15,000-plus-square-foot triplex crowning the tower — five bedrooms, four terraces, two kitchens, a private pool, gym, and sauna, with the building's rooftop helipad as its exclusive arrival point.

Carbone-Worthy Kitchens
Every residence's kitchen is designed by Major Food Group's Mario Carbone, with CornuFé ranges, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a dedicated pasta cooker.

- The Setup
- A 56-story, 70-residence waterfront skyscraper wrapped in a copper "exoskeleton" designed by ODP Architects, built by Terra and One Thousand Group in partnership with Major Food Group — the restaurant group behind Carbone and Sadelle's — which operates the building's ground-floor restaurant and curates its amenity program. Construction is actively rising, with vertical construction past the 21st floor as of early 2026.
Terra, founded in 2001, has built Mr. C Residences, Five Park Miami Beach, and Eighty Seven Park; on Villa Miami it partnered with One Thousand Group (developer of One Thousand Museum and Anantara Resort & Residences) and Major Food Group, the hospitality company behind Carbone, Contessa, ZZ's Club, and Sadelle's, which operates the tower's ground-floor restaurant and curates its residential amenities.

The Honest Take
In favor
- A real, distinctive architectural statement — ODP Architects' copper exoskeleton facade, visually confirmed through the architect's own published renderings
- Genuine, specific hospitality involvement — Major Food Group operates the ground-floor restaurant and designed the kitchens, not just a licensed name
- Already under construction and rising fast — past the 21st floor of 56 as of early 2026
- An extremely low unit count (70) relative to the tower's scale, which supports genuine exclusivity and service levels
Worth weighing
- Among the highest entry prices in Edgewater — $5.7 million minimum, with full floors starting at $8.5 million
- A small unit count means very limited inventory, and with the building reported 65% sold as of late 2025, remaining choices narrow further
- No price-per-square-foot figure is independently confirmed from the developer's own site
- The official site is heavily brand-forward (Major Food Group lifestyle content) and light on hard technical detail like exact per-unit pricing
