Brickell, Miami, United States · Waterfront Supertall — Delivered

Una Residences

Internal preview — photography pending licensing clearance from the developer

“Una arrived last among South Brickell's waterfront towers and immediately set the neighborhood's price ceiling — 129 homes behaving like far fewer.”

Completed on a secluded stretch of South Brickell at 175 SE 25th Road, Una Residences delivers 129 residences across 47 stories from Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, developed by OKO Group and CAIN with landscape design by Enzo Enea. Residences range from four-bedroom lower units to full-floor, flow-through upper residences over 5,500 total square feet, with private elevator entry into every home. Only five residences remained as of this writing, with immediate occupancy. A tri-level penthouse sold for $17.75 million as the tower topped out, and current listings average roughly $2,153 per square foot — among the highest in Brickell.

The Setup
A completed, 47-story waterfront supertall on a secluded bayfront site in South Brickell — among the last of the neighborhood's standalone waterfront towers to reach delivery, now largely sold out with only a handful of upper-floor residences remaining.

OKO Group, founded by Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin in 2015, developed Una alongside CAIN (CEO Jonathan Goldstein, established with Eldridge Industries) — one of several South Florida waterfront towers the two firms have partnered on, with Fortune Development Sales handling sales and marketing.

The Honest Take

In favor

  • Already delivered — zero construction risk, with immediate occupancy on the five remaining residences
  • Genuinely flow-through upper floors with only two residences per level, unusually generous for a 129-unit tower
  • A real, verified penthouse sale ($17.75 million) and a corroborated average price per square foot, not just asking-price marketing figures
  • Direct access to the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne, a real cross-property amenity most Brickell towers can't offer

Worth weighing

  • Essentially sold out — only five residences remain, so there's little room for buyers to choose floor, line, or view
  • No published pricing on the developer's own site; every figure here comes from secondary market reporting, not the developer directly
  • Among the highest price-per-square-foot figures in Brickell, pricing out much of the broader market
  • A secluded site location — a real amenity for privacy, but it trades off the walkable density of central Brickell
