Brickell, Miami, United States · Branded Condo-Hotel — Under Construction
Meliá Residences Miami
“A condo-hotel that leads with biohacking instead of a beach view — circadian lighting bulbs and a vitamin C shower filter, in a building whose own studios sold out before it had a hotel brand attached to it.”
Meliá Residences Miami — marketed during construction as Visions at Brickell Station — is an eight-story, 110-key branded condo-hotel a block from the Brickell Metromover/Metrorail station. Each fully furnished residence carries an unusual wellness-tech package (circadian lighting, a vitamin C shower filter, grounding mattress pads) alongside a standard hotel amenity stack, and owners can opt into a professionally managed rental program rather than living in the unit themselves. The building's studio layout is already sold out; junior suites and one-bedrooms remain available.

- Architect
- Not publicly named on the developer's official site
- Developer
- Urban Network Capital Group (Visions at Brickell Station LLC), in brand partnership with Meliá Hotels International
- The Setup
- A branded condo-hotel: 110 fully furnished studio, junior-suite, and one-bedroom residences operated on a professionally managed hotel program under a licensed Meliá franchise agreement, rather than a standard owner-occupied condominium.
Urban Network Capital Group, led by CEO Robert Thorne, assembled the Brickell Station land site in 2023 and broke ground on the then-named Visions at Brickell Station with a $25M construction loan, engaging Compass to lead sales before securing a licensed Meliá Hotels International franchise for the branded-residence program that debuted in October 2025.
The Vibe
Meliá Hotels & Resorts, the cornerstone brand of Meliá Hotels International, operates in over 30 countries, embodying warm Spanish hospitality paired with exceptional service. Each property is crafted to forge authentic connections with guests, blending sophisticated comfort, elegant style, and meticulous attention to detail — a brand licensed here under a franchise agreement between the developer and The Sol Group Corp, Meliá's franchisor entity, rather than a hotel company itself developing or operating the building.

The Honest Take
In favor
- A licensed Meliá Hotels International franchise is a real, legally documented brand agreement (disclosed in detail in the site's own legal notices) — not just a marketing name attached to the project
- Every unit ships fully furnished with an unusually specific in-room wellness package (circadian lighting, grounding mattress pads, a vitamin C shower filter) that most condo-hotels in Brickell don't bother with
- One block from Brickell's Metromover/Metrorail station, in a neighborhood with limited new branded-residence inventory at this compact a price point (junior suites from roughly $501K)
Worth weighing
- This is a condo-hotel, not a standard condominium: the site's own legal disclosures state the hotel will be run by an independent management company, that the Meliá brand license can be terminated or lapse without renewal, and that no financial-return projections are guaranteed
- The developer's own site doesn't state a construction completion year — only "NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION" — and LEED Silver certification is still pending USGBC review, not yet finalized, per the site's own disclaimer
- The studio layout (321 sq ft, the building's entry price point) is already sold out; remaining inventory starts at the junior suite, and the developer's own brochure and site list two different floor ranges for the one-bedroom units across different official documents
