Downtown Miami, United States · Contemporary — Park West / Miami Worldcenter
The Crosby Miami World Center
“The Crosby bets on frequency over scarcity — a building built to turn over units, not just hold them.”
Part of the sprawling Miami Worldcenter master plan in the Park West district, The Crosby is a 33-story, 450-unit condo tower designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa (CFE Architects) with interiors by AvroKO, developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures and sold by OneWorld Properties. Named for Crosby Street in SoHo, New York, it borrows a downtown-cosmopolitan identity and pairs it with no rental restrictions and a homeshare program spanning every major platform. It delivered in 2025 and has since posted active resale and rental turnover, with studios starting under $400,000 and a section of the building also operating as furnished, extended-stay apartments under The Crosby Miami Worldcenter brand.

The Honest Take
In favor
- No rental restrictions and a homeshare program approved across virtually every major platform — a genuinely flexible ownership structure
- AvroKO-designed interiors and CFE-designed architecture from a Related Group / Merrimac Ventures partnership, backed by a real, delivered track record
- Already delivered (2025) with active resale and rental turnover, plus a running furnished-apartment operation demonstrating real rental demand
Worth weighing
- Studio and one-bedroom units dominate the unit mix — no larger family-sized layouts
- As a rental-forward, homeshare-approved building, expect a more transient resident population than an owner-occupant-only condo
- Sits within the still-developing Miami Worldcenter district, so construction and retail buildout continue in the immediate area
