Brickell, Miami, United States · Culinary-Anchored Supertall — Pre-Construction
ORA by Casa Tua
Internal preview — photography pending licensing clearance from the developer
“ORA treats the restaurant, not the pool deck, as the building's real amenity — five Casa Tua concepts stacked beneath 540 furnished homes.”
Developer Fortune International Group's ORA by Casa Tua rises 77 stories and roughly 930 feet on a 46,373-square-foot Brickell Avenue site, wrapping 540 fully furnished residences around five distinct Casa Tua hospitality concepts — Terra, Uva, Fuoco, Bosco, and Vento — totaling about 25,000 square feet. Arquitectonica designed the tower with interiors by m2atelier; Fortune secured a $36 million pre-development loan from Amerant Bank in 2024 ahead of an expected 2025 groundbreaking. Residences are offered for short-term, seasonal, or long-term rental, professionally managed by Casa Tua's on-site hospitality team.
Amenities

Terra
A 24-hour gourmet market, bakery, and meeting spot open to residents and the public, covering morning coffee through late-night bites.

Uva
A wine bar, restaurant, and wine store with more than 500 sommelier-selected labels — casual downstairs, more refined above.

Fuoco
A wood-fire restaurant and bar — "fuoco" means fire in Italian — built around rotating visiting chefs and seasonal pop-ups.

Bosco
A 40-foot vertical sky park roughly 500 feet above the city, the building's shared outdoor heart for moving, relaxing, and gathering with neighbors.

Vento
A rooftop bar and social club with sunset views, live music, Asian-inspired cuisine, craft mixology, and an omakase counter.

- The Setup
- A 77-story, 930-foot supertall on Brickell Avenue built around Casa Tua's hospitality group rather than a single lobby restaurant — roughly 25,000 SF is given over to five distinct food, wine, and social concepts (Terra, Uva, Fuoco, Bosco, and Vento) stacked through the building, with residences offered fully furnished for short-term, seasonal, or long-term rental.
Fortune International Group, led by founder and CEO Edgardo Defortuna, is a longtime Miami developer active across the city's condo cycles. For ORA, Fortune partnered with Casa Tua's hospitality group to anchor the building in food and wine rather than a conventional amenity package, and secured a $36.08 million pre-development loan from Amerant Bank in 2024 ahead of a planned 2025 groundbreaking.

The Honest Take
In favor
- A genuinely distinctive amenity concept — five separate Casa Tua food, wine, and social venues instead of a single branded restaurant
- Arquitectonica-designed architecture and a dramatic, roughly 500-foot-high Bosco sky park are real visual differentiators in a crowded Brickell pipeline
- Fully furnished, professionally managed rental program (short-term, seasonal, or long-term) gives owners built-in flexibility most Brickell condos don't offer
- Backed by Fortune International Group, an established Miami developer, with pre-development financing already secured
Worth weighing
- Still pre-construction with no confirmed groundbreaking date as of this writing, despite financing secured in 2024 for an expected 2025 start
- Only four studio floor plans are individually dimensioned on the developer's site — one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts are referenced but not published with specific square footage
- No starting price is published; the developer's site only invites buyers to sign up for pricing
- Early press (mid-2024) cited 533 units versus the current official site's 540 — a reminder that unit counts can still shift this early in a project's life
