Brickell, Miami, United States · Deeded Home-Office Tower — Pre-Construction

One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences

Internal preview — photography pending licensing clearance from the developer

“Signature is the bigger sibling in the One Twenty pair — same deeded-office idea, more floors, and it's the one still taking reservations.”

The second, taller tower on PMG's 120 SW 8th Street assemblage, One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences climbs 40 stories with 467 furnished residences. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, it carries the same deeded-office concept as its sister tower, One Twenty Brickell Residences, into a larger footprint: office suites occupy levels 4 through 11, residences sit on levels 14 through 40, and a dedicated amenity floor — the One Twenty Signature Club — tops level 12. Sales are active; a firm delivery date has not been published.

The Setup
The taller, still-selling companion to One Twenty Brickell Residences on PMG's 120 SW 8th Street site — a 40-story tower with deeded office suites on levels 4-11, residences on levels 14-40, and a dedicated amenity floor, the One Twenty Signature Club, on level 12.

Property Markets Group (PMG) is developing Signature Residences alongside its sister tower, One Twenty Brickell Residences, on the same 120 SW 8th Street site — the first phase sold out its 266 units within about 16 months of launch, backed by a $413 million construction loan secured in April 2025.

The Honest Take

In favor

  • The same deeded-office concept as its sold-out sister tower, now in a larger, 467-unit building with its own dedicated amenity floor
  • A proven site: One Twenty Brickell Residences next door sold out its full inventory in about 16 months, backed by a $413 million construction loan
  • A genuinely current, actively maintained official site with fresh renderings and interior photography
  • A dedicated level-12 amenity floor separates residences from the office-suite levels below, a cleaner building organization than stacking amenities at grade

Worth weighing

  • Still pre-construction with no published delivery date
  • Shares a site with both its sold-out sister condo tower and a separate 41-story, 537-unit rental building, which can create confusion about which component is which
  • No published starting price was found on the developer's current site
  • Individual floor plan images are not published as a static gallery, only through an interactive, click-by-click tool on the developer's site
