E11EVEN Residences Beyond is a residential tower in Park West developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and E11EVEN Partners, with architecture by Sieger Suarez and interiors by AvroKO Hospitality Group. It sits immediately adjacent to the E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences. Beyond adds its own private amenity layer — a helipad, a dual-level resort-style pool deck with terrace bar and lounge, fully staffed executive office suites and dining by Riviera Dining Group — while its Beyond Members Club gives residents full access to the adjacent tower's E11EVEN Club amenities: the 20,000 sf Pool Club, a 13,500 sf casino-style Sports Lounge, a 300-foot private Beach Club and the Level 65 rooftop dining venue.
