Downtown Miami, United States · Branded Waterfront Supertall — Delivered
Aston Martin Residences
“Aston Martin didn't design a lobby so much as a showroom — the marque's only building in the world applies a century of automotive restraint to 391 homes at the river's mouth.”
Aston Martin Residences is the British marque's first residential building anywhere in the world, rising 66 stories at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way — the last significant waterfront parcel where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. G&G Business Developments partnered directly with Aston Martin, pairing Revuelta Architecture International's Luis Revuelta with Argentina's Bodas Miani Anger under the creative direction of Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman. The tower's 391 residences run from 698-sf studios up through a triple penthouse spanning levels 63–65, backed by 42,275 sf of Sky Amenities across four floors starting on level 52, plus a 900-linear-foot marina with a 15-foot draft for superyacht owners. Delivered in 2024, its penthouses have listed from $28.6 million to $59 million.

G&G Business Developments partnered directly with Aston Martin — marking the 111-year-old British marque's first residential building anywhere in the world — pairing Miami-based Revuelta Architecture International (Luis Revuelta) with Argentina's Bodas Miani Anger (Rodolfo Miani) for the architecture, under the creative direction of Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman.
The Vibe
Aston Martin Residences is the marque's first residential building anywhere in the world — not a licensing deal, but a direct collaboration between Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman and architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Miani Anger. The tower translates a century of automotive restraint — 'love of beauty is taste, creation of beauty is art' — into 391 homes at the mouth of the Miami River, where it meets Biscayne Bay.

The Honest Take
In favor
- Aston Martin's only residential building in the world — a genuine design collaboration with the marque's Chief Creative Officer, not a licensed name slapped on a generic tower
- One of the last true waterfront parcels in Downtown Miami, at the confluence of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, with a 900-linear-foot private marina for superyachts
- Already delivered (2024) — no construction-timeline risk, and residents can move in or close immediately
Worth weighing
- No published avg. price-per-square-foot or starting price — resales and remaining inventory are priced case-by-case, making it harder to benchmark
- As a delivered, largely sold-out building, buyers are shopping the resale/remaining-inventory market rather than a developer pre-construction price
- The automotive branding that makes it distinctive is also a taste bet — it won't appeal to buyers who want a more understated residential identity
