Internal preview — photography pending licensing clearance from the developer

“Casa Bella changed its hospitality partner mid-construction but kept the instinct — an Italian design house's name now sits where a hotel brand used to, with Piero Lissoni brought in to make the substitution feel deliberate.”

Formerly marketed as Auberge Residences Miami, Casa Bella rebranded around Italian furniture house B&B Italia, pairing Arquitectonica's 56-story form with interiors personally selected by Piero Lissoni and landscape design by Enzo Enea. The Arts & Entertainment District tower holds 322 residences on a 1.10-acre lot at 1444 Biscayne Boulevard, developed by Alta Developers and The Related Group, and topped off construction in mid-2025.

The Honest Take

In favor

  • Piero Lissoni-curated interiors and B&B Italia furnishings bring an unusually cohesive design pedigree to a spec-condo tower
  • Two full amenity floors plus a private rooftop observatory are genuinely distinctive for the price tier
  • Related Group + Alta pairing combines decades of delivery experience with a boutique, design-led sensibility

Worth weighing

  • No confirmed delivery date yet, and unit-count figures have shifted across marketing rounds (317 → 322 → reports of 319 under contract)
  • Mid-rebrand history (Auberge Residences Miami) means less resale-comp continuity than a building marketed once under one name
  • Avg. price-per-square-foot not yet independently verified against county records
