Brickell, Miami, United States · Short-Term-Rental Mid-Rise — Delivered
Domus Brickell Park
Internal preview — photography pending licensing clearance from the developer
“Domus Brickell Park got there first — the proof of concept for North Development's unrestricted-rental model, open and operating before its larger sibling even topped off.”
Twelve stories at the southern tip of Brickell, Domus Brickell Park was North Development's first Domus-branded tower — 171 fully furnished studio-to-two-bedroom residences by Zyscovich Architects with interiors by Urban Robot Associates. It topped off in early 2025, paid off its $70 million construction loan by mid-2026, and is now delivered and open — the earliest-finishing of North Development's two Brickell Domus towers.

- The Setup
- A fully furnished, unrestricted short-term-rental condominium — North Development's first Domus-branded tower, operated through the same proprietary Domus App used at its larger sibling, Domus Brickell Center.
North Development is a joint venture between Peru-based developer Edifica and Miami's Oak Capital. Domus Brickell Park was the brand's proof of concept — delivered and operating as of 2026, ahead of the larger Domus Brickell Center now rising a few blocks north.

The Honest Take
In favor
- Already delivered and operating, not a pre-construction promise — a rare thing to say about a short-term-rental Brickell condo
- A real published starting price ($600,000) and a confirmed real 330-975 SF unit range
- Backed by the same Edifica/Oak Capital team behind the larger Domus Brickell Center, with a proven track record now that this building is open
- Ludlow Coffee Supply and a 4,200 SF lobby give the building a genuine day-to-day amenity, not just a rendering
Worth weighing
- The project's dedicated marketing microsite has gone dark (reverted to a parked domain) now that the building has delivered, so current availability and pricing run through the exclusive broker, Cervera Real Estate
- No individually dimensioned floor plans are published — only the aggregate 330-975 SF range across all unit types
- A smaller amenity footprint (12 stories, no restaurant) than its larger sibling or other Brickell towers
- A short-term-rental-driven building means a different day-to-day resident/guest mix than a traditional condo
