In favor

  • Published plan sheets for 29 plan variants (studio to two-bedroom), each with interior, terrace and total areas and exact room dimensions.
  • Hospitality-led pied-à-terre concept with a rooftop pool, rooftop restaurant, social, work and sweat floors, and an indoor pickleball court.
  • Private finished terraces on select residences, from 46 SF up to 639 SF.

Worth weighing

  • The official site's content dates from 2022 and still reads as a pre-launch registration page; nothing on it confirms current availability or pricing.
  • Sales and marketing run through Douglas Elliman (linked in the site footer), so pricing and availability come via a brokerage.
  • One plan sheet (Residence 01, floor 6) lists a 1,109 SF total, but its 785 SF interior and 334 SF terrace add up to 1,119 SF; the table here uses the sum.
