Midtown
The connective tissue between Wynwood and the Design District.
“Midtown doesn't try to out-scale Brickell or Edgewater; it's built at a walking pace, between two neighborhoods everyone already wants to be near.”
Built on a former rail yard and anchored by The Shops at Midtown, Midtown Miami has spent the last two decades turning into the walkable link between Wynwood's murals and the Design District's flagship stores. It's a smaller, mid-rise inventory than its neighbors — this profile currently tracks two buildings — but both are hospitality-branded and built around Midtown's own five-acre mixed-use expansion.
