Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove is a two-tower waterfront condominium of 229 residences developed by Terra, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, and run with full-service Mr. C hospitality from the Cipriani family. Bayshore Tower (22 floors, 95 units, 2655 South Bayshore Drive) looks across Biscayne Bay to Key Biscayne, while Tigertail Tower (21 floors, 134 units, 2678 Tigertail Avenue) rises above the Grove's tree canopy with skyline views. The towers share an 8th-floor pool deck, and the development broke ground in June 2019 and completed in summer 2024.
