The Honest Take

In favor

  • Small, waterfront scale in the Faena District, with a rooftop pool and sunset views and an EDITION beach-club membership offered to select owners.
  • Construction began in November 2025, so delivery risk is lower than a project still waiting to break ground.

Worth weighing

  • The dedicated site is run by the sales team (SERHANT New Development), not the developer, and its own pages disagree on unit sizes, so confirm unit mix and pricing with the offering documents.
  • Floor plans, price lists and the availability grid sit behind a registration form, so no public plans were available to include here.
