Key Biscayne, United States · Tropical Modern — Stiltsville-Inspired Oceanfront
Silver Sands Residences
“Key Biscayne hasn't seen new oceanfront construction since Oceana delivered — Silver Sands isn't just a building, it's the only new listing this island has had in over ten years.”
Silver Sands Residences is the first new oceanfront condominium on Key Biscayne in over a decade — a 13-story, 56-residence building on the former Silver Sands Beach Resort site, which Terra Group and Fortune International acquired for a record $205 million. Touzet Studio's design draws on Stiltsville's historic stilted structures for a tropical modern, elevated architectural expression, with landscape design by Raymond Jungles. Floorplans range from roughly 3,350 to over 8,000 square feet in the penthouses, and construction is set to begin in late 2026.
