Coral Gables, United States · Contemporary — WELL-Certified Mid-Rise

Cora Merrick Park

“WELL certification is still uncommon in Miami pre-construction — Cora is betting wellness credentials sell as hard as finishes do.”

Cora Merrick Park is a 12-story, 74-residence condominium designed by Arquitectonica with bronze accents, textured stucco, and oolite stone. Fully furnished interiors are by Urban Robot, and the building is WELL certified — a rare designation built around air and water purification, non-toxic materials, and wellness-forward design. It sits steps from the Shops at Merrick Park.

The Honest Take

In favor

  • WELL-certified building with wellness programming by Lamarca Well, plus a 5,000 SF park with a Jaume Plensa sculpture.
  • Rooftop padel court (a first for Coral Gables), pool with cabanas, spa with hot and cold plunges, and a direct connection to Shops at Merrick Park.
  • Boutique scale of 74 residences from one to three bedrooms (with dens), 678 to 2,651 SF, with lanais up to 1,118 SF.

Worth weighing

  • Sales are run by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, and the official site is a marketing page, not a developer-neutral source.
  • Per-unit floor plans, pricing and availability are not published; the site only says twelve floor plans exist.
  • The brochure and fact sheet carry no unit plans, and the site's virtual tour video is not embeddable.
