Just 22 branded residences, developed by OKO Group (led by Aman chairman Vladislav Doronin) in partnership with Access Industries. Vertical construction began August 2025 with Aman now gives 2028 as the opening for Aman Miami Beach; the original 2021 offering sold out at roughly $5,000/sqft, so current availability runs through resale.
